enjoying a happy Friday including a special lunch out at a local restaurant where I had a vegan fried green tomato and pimiento cheese sandwich with fried okra 🔥 and then for dinner I made efo riro using sugggestions from a variety of recipes, served with fufu, and finally finishing the night with some ice cream and starting to read Flatland. looking so forward to the weekend!!!
